Phase 3 is separated by a public street “40th Ave” and hosts the Santa Rosa Clubhouse and 1 executive course. The Santa Rosa Clubhouse offers a fitness center, an indoor walking path, a resort pool, pickleball, tennis, bocce ball, and a basketball hoop. All homeowners have access to all amenities and clubhouses. The public golf course check-in is located right outside the community on 40th Ave, offering a public restaurant “Shadows Restaurant”. Homeowners can access the golf check-in and restaurant by golf cart through a transponder gate in Phase 1, or by using the sidewalk on 40th Ave. Internet is included, front landscaping is not.

Location: Tucked up against the Indio Hills mountain, adjacent to the 10 Freeway in North Indio. Homeowners can access the entire Coachella Valley relatively with ease using Washington Street or the 10 Freeway. Old Town La Quinta is a 25 min drive. El Paseo is a 25 min drive, the North Indio shopping area is only a 5 min drive.
