Real Estate: With 36-floor plans to choose from, it is hard to memorize all your purchase options. Use THIS floor plan sheet when searching for a home to help understand the layout. The floor plan name is commonly found in the description section, or you can match up the SQFT. Floor plans are broken up into 3 phases.

Amenities: The community is broken up into 3 phases. Phase 1 and 2 host the Montecito clubhouse and 1 championship golf course. The Montecito clubhouse is the largest, hosting tennis courts, a fitness center, an aerobics room, an indoor lap pool, a library, a large ballroom, billiards, and a resort pool. Phase 3 is separated by a public street “40th Ave” and hosts the Santa Rosa Clubhouse and 1 executive course. The Santa Rosa Clubhouse offers a fitness center, an indoor walking path, a resort pool, pickleball, tennis, bocce ball, and a basketball hoop. All homeowners have access to all amenities and clubhouses. The public golf course check-in is located right outside the community on 40th Ave, offering a public restaurant “Shadows Restaurant”. Homeowners can access the golf check-in and restaurant by golf cart through a transponder gate in Phase 1, or by using the sidewalk on 40th Ave. Internet is included, front landscaping is not.

Location: Tucked up against the Indio Hills mountain, adjacent to the 10 Freeway in North Indio. Homeowners can access the entire Coachella Valley relatively with ease using Washington Street or the 10 Freeway. Old Town La Quinta is a 25 min drive. El Paseo is a 25 min drive, the North Indio shopping area is only a 5 min drive.
