Description
The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is a rotating gondola lift in Palm Springs, California that takes passengers on a scenic ride from the desert floor to the mountain station on top of Chino Canyon. The tramway was built in the 1960s and is a popular tourist attraction in the Palm Springs area. It is operated by the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway Corporation, which is a division of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians.
