Live At The Resort
Homeowners or guests are within walking distance of public and private amenities offered at the La Quinta Resort. Both are managed by an HOA association entirely separate from the La Quinta Resort & Club. The city of La Quinta, California allows only a small list of subdivisions to rent out short-term, meaning you can rent less than 30 days, the two subdivisions below are on that list.
LQ Resort - Tennis Villas: A collection of 48 units that surround the tennis and pickleball courts, many offering views of the courts from the upstairs lookout patio. All units are two-story, and most of the floor plans offer a bedroom on the first floor. Offered in 2 or 3 bedrooms. 2 private pools are onsite exclusively for tennis villa owners. The community originated in 1984 and completed development in 1985.
LQ Resort - Spa Villas: Adjacent to the La Quinta Resort Spa and Fitness Center with 98 villas built. Offering 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, ranging from 934 - 2,391 square foot floor plans. The community offers an abundance of pools available to homeowners or guests who rent. The community originated in 1999 and concluded development in 2001.

Santa Rosa Cove: 328 single-story Condominium homes, 71 acres, a guard-gated community nestled between a golf course and the Santa Rosa Mountains. Developed from 1982 to 1988, homes ranging in size from 1,390 to 2,400 SQFT. HOA includes community pools/spas and tennis courts.
The Enclave & Enclave Mountain Estates: Large, mostly custom luxury homes ranging from 3,000 - 7000 SQFT. Around 60 homes in total. Sitting adjacent to the Pete Dye-designed Mountain Course at La Quinta Resort & Club, many of the homes offer postcard views of the golf course and Santa Rosa Mountains. Enclave Mountain Estates is separately gated within the Enclave and many homes are surrounded by a lake. Architecturally homes are built in Contemporary, Spanish, and Tuscany.
Los Estados: Consisting only of 40 homes. All homes have exceptional views of the Mountain Course. There is one community pool in the center.
