Real Estate: There are 10-floor plans, for a home buyer you typically will narrow your search down to 2-4 floor plans due to price range restrictions. The smallest floor plan "Getaway" is a two-bedroom with no den, offering a wide-open kitchen and living experience. The largest floor plan is a "Voyage" which offers a 2 car garage and separate golf cart parking, 3 beds, 3 baths, a flex room, and a large gathering room opened up into a kitchen and cafe. All floor plans offer 3 exterior design options to choose from Spanish, Prairie, and Tuscan. All homes are single-family detached. The yards are either private block walls, or some will feature low 1-3 foot block walls opening up to a walking path or a community park. The Price Per SQFT in Del Webb is the highest compared to the other 55-plus communities due to being located in Rancho Mirage, and also the new age of the home and amenities.

Planted around the community are community parks , and in front of the clubhouse is a massive lake supporting waterfalls/creeks with walking paths to explore. 

Location: Conveniently located to everything most buyers need. A 5 min drive to Costco. A 20 min drive to Eisenhower Health. A 17 min drive to the Palm Springs International Airport. A 5 min drive to Agua Caliente Casino. A 20 min drive to El Paseo Shopping. Del Webb may be the king in regards to having quick access to necessity shopping, entertainment, and more.
